We really stand by our products, and in the event you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you are protected by our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
Within 30 days of receiving your product(s), you may return it (them) with no questions asked for a refund of actual price paid minus shipping charges.

Return Procedure
Only products purchased at www.uhmanagri.com may be returned for refund.
Contact us at via email at customersupport@uhmanagri.com with your order number for a Return Merchandise Number. Your return will be processed at the latest in the next business day after we receive it. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase at uhmanagri.com. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
Carefully repack your products. Make sure all components are included and closures are firmly in place, and that the items are well protected. Products damaged during return shipping due to unsafe packaging cannot be refunded.

Damaged Goods
Should your product arrive damaged or unusable and you wish to have it replaced, please contact us within 10 days via email at customersupport@uhmanagri.com for a return merchandise number. We will instruct you on how to proceed with the damaged item(s) and send you a replacement. Please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Only products purchased at www.uhmanagri.com may be returned for replacement.
Damaged items will be replaced with identical items.

If your order involves more then one product and not all products are found defective, the shipping will be prorated and credit will be given towards the shipping charges related to those products found defective.
For your protection and to ensure prompt processing, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured US Parcel Post. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return merchandise back to Uhmanagri.com, and we cannot accept COD returns. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable unless involving a defective item. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid.
