Shipping Basics:
We will do everything we can so you can receive your order as quickly as possible.
We ship through FedEx, UPS and United States Postal Service.
The shipping options are Standard, 2 business days, next business day and expedied.
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays in the United States.
Some orders may be delivered on Saturday.
Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.
Uhma Nagri reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier available

US Shipping Costs

How Uhma Nagri charges
The shipping charges we charge can be found in the table Shipping Charges. A given order might incur a carrier charge that are above or below the one shown in the table. The reason is that each order value bracket reflects and averages factors such as item’s value, weight, and destination. Uhma Nagri reserves the right to choose the appropriate carrier for each order.

Ship-To Addresses
Your Uhma Nagri order will ship to the address you specify when you check out. You'll have the opportunity to specify a different 'ship to' address or make corrections to saved shipping address shown on the Order Confirmation page during Checkout.
Whenever possible, please specify a 'ship-to' address where someone will be present to receive the package. If you live in an apartment complex or have a P.O. box, consider sending the package to where you work instead. If you have special instructions (ie. "Leave on by the front door"), please let us know in the "Special Instructions" box found in the Shopping Basket.
While we make every effort to verify the validity of an address, we rely on your accuracy when sending a order to the address you specify. Please be accurate with your shipping information (ie. Street Address and Zip Code) to avoid delays and extra shipping charges.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Each order can be shipped to only one address.
If your items must be shipped to different addresses, please note that you'll need to complete a separate order for each ship-to address.

Availability of Items
Our inventory is updated as items are shipped, not as the orders are taken. In the event that we run out of an item that you order, you will be notified via email or by phone.
We'll ship your partial order immediately. Any unavailable items you've ordered will automatically be placed in a backorder status and you will be contacted letting you know when your item will be available. If you agree to the delivery timeframe of the item, we will ship it Standard / Ground immediately upon availability -- and we will pay the shipping charges. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at customer@uhmanagri.com or toll-free at 1 (877) 355-1001 and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping to APO / FPO
Please select AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada;
AA for Armed Forces Americas
AP for Armed Forces Pacific.
Also make sure that you have selected United States in the Country field.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Expedited Service is not available for shipments to APO / FPO, P.O. Boxes.

Shipping to PO boxes
Orders to PO boxes can only be Standard Shipping
Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.

2 Business Days and Overnight Shipping
Available to the 48 contiguous US states; where FedEx and UPS carrier service is offered.
Only available to street addresses. No PO boxes.
Not generally available for delivery on weekends or holidays.
Only applies to in-stock items.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Uhma Nagri accepts orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Options
Most Standard Service orders destined for Alaska are delivered within 4 - 10 business days of the order’s ship date. Most orders for Hawaii are delivered within 14 – 16 business days of the order’s ship date.
Most orders shipped via Expedited Service to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered within 3-5 days from the order's ship date.

Shipments to U.S. Protectorates
Uhma Nagri accepts orders being shipped to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands (U.S.)
Most Standard Service orders destined to the U.S. Protectorates are delivered within 14 – 16 business days of the order’s ship date.
Most orders shipped via Expedited Service are delivered within 3-5 days from the order's ship date.

Shipping outside the US
No taxes or duties are charged at the time of purchase. Taxes and duties may be assessed at entry into your country and are your responsibility. Uhma Nagri will not accept responsibility for taxes, duties, entry fees or any other costs associated with shipping and/or entry to any country.
Certain restrictions apply to different regions. Be sure to review the section pertaining to your region.
Please check your region’s specific shipping table for delivery times and rate schedule.
Shipping to Canada and US Protectorates can be Standard Service or Expedited Service.
Shipping to Europe and Asia can be only Standard Service.
All our Web site prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. We will fill out the appropriate Customs forms and ship your order, but please remember taxes and duties may be assessed by your country’s customs and are your responsibility. Shipping times to countries other than the United States do not include the time required to clear customs.

Shipments to Canada
Uhma Nagri accepts orders being shipped to Canada. Most Standard Service orders destined for Canada are delivered within 4 - 10 business days of the order’s ship date.
Most orders shipped via Expedited Service are delivered within 3-5 days from the order's ship date.

Shipments to Europe
Uhma Nagri accepts orders being shipped to certain European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. We will fill out the appropriate Customs forms and ship your order, but please remember taxes and duties may be assessed by local customs and are your responsibility. Shipping times to Europe do not include the time required to clear customs.
Standard Service is the only option available for orders destined to Europe at this time. Shipping times to Europe are between 4 - 10 business days of the order’s ship date.

Shipments to Asia
Uhma Nagri accepts orders being shipped to certain countries in Asia: Australia, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and the territory of Hong Kong. We will fill out the appropriate Customs forms and ship your order, but please remember taxes and duties may be assessed by local customs and are your responsibility.
Shipping times to Asia do not include the time required to clear customs.
Standard Service is the only option available for orders destined to Asia at this time. Shipping times to Asia are between 4 - 10 business days of the order’s ship date.

At this time Uhma Nagri is unable to ship to countries outside US, Europe, Canada and Asia.

Taxes and Duties
Continental US, APO/FPO, American Protectorates, Alaska and Hawaii:
We collect no sales tax, with the only exception of the State of Florida.

Other countries: Uhma Nagri collects no taxes or duties at the time of sale, but please be aware that taxes and duties may be assessed by local customs and are your responsibility.
