Uhma Nagri formulations are 100% natural and in every possible case we use certified organic, wild-crafted or biodynamic ingredients.
The ethno botanical ingredients in our formulations are carefully chosen after studying the ways native cultures, with hundreds and thousands of years of accumulated experience, use different botanicals for the enhancement of their health, beauty and well being. These ingredients come from renewable sources and are gathered in the wild, and therefore not subject to pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. The small communities who collect them don’t have the organic certification, this being the only reason why we can not label them as organic. We make sure our suppliers care about the sustainability of the crops, respect the environment and understand the human being's role in it.

About Preservatives:
Any product that contains water and oil, and is not refrigerated needs a preservative in order to prevent the growth of molds and bacteria. To archive that, and a reasonable shelf life of the products, we use a 100% natural botanical broad spectrum preservative. A blend of extracts of cinnamon bark, oregano leaf, rosemary leaf, lavender leaf, thyme leaf, and goldenseal root in conjunction with vitamins A, C, & E, neem oil and in some cases usnea extract. We are sure of and guarantee the purity and quality of our formulations and their ingredients.
Uhma Nagri products are free of parabens and any other synthetic preservative.
